University of Alberta's 2018 Access and Privacy Conference #UAlbertaAP18

Mary Marshall and Teresa Meadows recently spoke in Edmonton at the University of Alberta’s 2018 Access and Privacy Conference #UAAlbertaAP18 and posed the question:

In the era of social media (such as #MeToo, #TimesUp), is it time to revisit third party records disclosure laws in sexual assault cases that haven’t had a refresh since the SCC’s 1999 case, R. v. Mills, [1999] S.C.R. 668?
